Banana and sweet potato cake
Recipe:
1 cup almond flour
1 cup gluten free baking flour.
2 whole eggs
1 cup gluten free baking flour.

2 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup of brown sugar or 1 cup fine chopped dates
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup of coconut milk
3 tablespoons butter or coconut butter
1 pinch of salt
1 large banana
1/2 soft and freshly baked sweet potato
Add everything in the blender and mix for 1 minute. Bake on pre-heated 375 degrees oven for about 40 minutes or until you stick a toothpick into the cake and the toothpick comes out clean. This cake is very tasty and nutritious
