Pumpkin seed muffins



Pumpkin seed muffins


Recipe: 
1 cup of coconut milk 
2 grated carrots 
1/2 cup of brown sugar or dates 
1 cup whole wheat or gluten free flour
1/2 cup almond flour 
1 piece of grated ginger 
1/8 of teaspoon of cloves
1/2 teaspoon  of cinnamon 
1/8 teaspoon of  of nutmeg
Peel of 1 orange 
1/2 cup of raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup of cramberries 
2 teaspoons of baking powder 
2 eggs 
1/2 cup of coconut oil

Mix all the ingredients together and bake for + - 40 minutes or until passed the fork test.
